Transfer of an Employee Concern

The relocation of an Employee Concern from the DOE ECP Manager or Contractor ECP Manager to another organization, when another resolution process exists to address the underlying issue(s) identified in the Employee Concern. Once transferred, the DOE ECP has no further responsibility to the Concerned Individual regarding the Employee Concern.
