Intimidation

A behavior or an action taken by a supervisor or co-worker against or toward any employee to cause the employee to be fearful of filing an Employee Concern; cease from pursuing an Employee Concern; or otherwise be afraid for his/her safety or job security as a result of filing an Employee Concern.
