Advisory Rating

An unscheduled performance rating that is prepared for an employee who is detailed or temporarily promoted to another position or specific set of duties for 90 days or more, and consists of a rating of each critical element; the advisory rating is completed by the Rating Official to whom the detailed or temporarily promoted employee reports.
