Transclassification

The removal of certain information from the RD category under section 142 of the Atomic Energy Act to (1) the FRD category based on joint determinations between the Department of Energy and the Department of Defense or (2) the Transclassified Foreign Nuclear Information category based on joint determination by the Department of Energy and the Director of National Intelligence (formerly the Director, Central Intelligence Agency)
