Training Needs Assessment (TNA)

A systematic process used by organizations to assess and prioritize all the formal training identified through the Training Needs Analysis and allocate resources to address the highest priority training needs. The TNA data collection process is automated within the LMS. Data from IDPs is consolidated, becoming source data for the Departmental Element’s TNA report.
