Safety Evaluation Report (SER)
The report prepared by DOE to document the sufficiency of the analysis in the safety basis documents (i.e. SARP, TSRA, and HAR).
A document that provides the results of the Transportation Safety Document review panel’s safety evaluation of the DSA and/or TSD.
