Project Planning

The planning of project technical and management activities that are documented in a project plan. The plan typically describes the work to be done, the resources required, the methods to be used, the procedures to be followed, the schedules to be met, and the way the project will be organized. It includes a list of deliverables, actions required, and other key events needed to accomplish the project.
