Limited Area
The minimum level security area designated for the protection of classified matter and Departmental assets requiring limited access.
A type of security area having boundaries defined by physical barriers, used for the protection of classified matter and/or Category III quantities of special nuclear material, where protective personnel or other internal controls can prevent access by unauthorized people to classified matter or special nuclear material.
