Installed Equipment

The mechanical and electrical systems that are installed as part of basic building construction and are essential to the normal functioning of the real property asset and its intended use. Examples are heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems; elevators; manufacturing and processing systems; and communications systems. Installed equipment is considered part of the real property asset.
