Hotel Loads

A term used to identify the cost associated with level of effort activities and fixed costs that will be incurred until a given piece of work is complete. These costs can include the costs for project management and administration and other direct costs associated with generic facilities, rentals, and other indirect costs that are not part of the direct production activities.
