High-Visibility Shipments

Those shipments, determined by the sponsoring Secretarial Officer, in coordination with the appropriate DOE Field Element and concerned stakeholders, to warrant special arrangements during the time in transit.

High-visibility shipments. Those shipments determined by the Departmental Element, in coordination with the Field Office/Site Office Manager and affected State or Tribal government stakeholders, to warrant special arrangements during transit and/or shipments expected to generate an unusually high degree of concern or interest on the part of State or Tribal governments, other stakeholders, the media, or the public. Such shipments may merit additional outreach and communications activities.
