Fulfillment

The process by which acquisition workforce members may satisfy mandatory training requirements based on previous experience, education, and/or alternative training successfully completed and documented based on course competency standards and procedure. Fulfillment may be granted by the FA of the career field upon application on a case-by-case basis.
