Federal Project Controls Manager (FPCM)


The FPCM supports the FPD in preparation and review of project budgets, cost estimates, schedules, and basis of estimate documentation. The FPCM reviews contractor EVMS and other project reports and usually acts as the board secretary
for the FPD Change Control Board (FCCB).
