Federal Acquisition Certification (FAC)

FAC OFPP Policy Letter 05-01 established Federal Acquisition Certifications for Contracting, Contracting Officer’s Representative, and Program and Project Managers. OFPP issues memoranda on the FAC requirements; FAI supports Federal agencies in implementing the issuance of certifications at the agencies. FACs are distinct from agency-specific certification programs as FACs are transferrable to other agencies.
