Examples of activities include: facilities operations management; facility alteration; engineering and analysis; sustainment related assessments and surveys; facilities planning; janitorial services; pest control; recycling and refuse collection and disposal; roads and grounds management; snow removal; and other similar services incurred to use a facility.
