Execution Phase

This phase includes processes performed to complete the activities (tasks, milestones, deliverables, and artifacts) defined in the Planning Phase. Monitoring and Controlling processes and procedures are also performed to track, review, and regulate the progress and performance of the project. Any changes to the baseline plan may require a formal change control process or as specified in the PMP.
