A review of applicable environmental, safety, and health regulations or requirements to determine the impacts of these requirements and regulations on the project. Air and water quality, land disturbances, ecology, climate, public and occupational health and safety, and socioeconomic factors (including non-availability of critical resources and institutional, cultural, and aesthetic considerations) are some of the areas considered.
