Engineering and Design Studies

Engineering and design studies are conducted throughout a project from pre-authorization through construction to determine the best alternative from an engineering perspective. An example of an engineering study would be to evaluate waste water treatment techniques to determine which one would be the best to achieve the required level of treatment.
