Emergency Readiness Assurance Plan (ERAP)

An annual report each Field Element submits summarizing its emergency management program. The ERAP identifies the goals and accomplishments of the past fiscal year and the goals for the current fiscal year.

A documented annual assessment of the development, implementation, and maintenance of an Emergency Management Program. The ERAP is also a planning tool to identify and develop needed resources and improvements. An ERAP highlights significant changes in emergency management programs (i.e., planning basis, organizations, and exemptions) and compares actual achievements to goals, milestones and objectives.
