Eligible Contracts and Orders

Those contracts and orders for products, materials, and services that may be rated in accordance with the rules and exclusions stated in the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) regulation and in the DPAS Delegation 2. Limitations on placing rated orders and a list of items under the jurisdiction of the Department of Commerce that are excluded from the rating provisions of the DPAS regulation are stated at Section 700.18 of “DPAS Defense Priorities and Allocations System” (15 CFR 700).
