DOE Information System
An information system that is owned and operated by DOE or by contractors on behalf of DOE to accomplish a Federal function. Regardless of whether DOE Federal employees have access, this does not include information systems operated by M&O contractors unless such systems’ primary purpose is to accomplish a Federal function.
