DOE Employee

Any Federal employee employed by the DOE, including NNSA, and Federal employees on detail from another Federal agency to DOE, and any person on detail or appointment to DOE under the terms of the Intergovernmental Personnel Act. Special Government employees, including those serving on Federal Advisory Committee Act committees, are included in this definition.
