Dispersible Material

Material that is or could become a loose powder or fine particulate capable of causing a large contamination spread or potential for inhalation in the event of a container rupture. Examples include oxide-like materials, loose powdery salts, and ground materials (taken from Interim Safe Storage Criteria).
