Certified Laboratory

An approved laboratory where initial and confirmatory testing, reporting of results, and recordkeeping is performed. The laboratory will have been certified by a team of inspectors from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) showing they meet the SAMHSA Mandatory Guidelines to perform Federal drug testing.
