Cancelled Test

The results reported by the MRO to the Department when (1) a specimen has been reported to the MRO by the laboratory as an invalid test result when the donor has no legitimate explanation or when a split specimen (bottle B) fails to reconfirm (bottle A), or (2) when the MRO determines that a fatal flaw or unrecovered correctable error exists in the forensic records.
