New RevCom Function—Subject Areas and Automatic Notification

RevCom is implementing a new feature with focus on predefined Subject Areas (Groupings). Using the feature, IPTs/Writers and Approval Coordinators (ACs) can assign Subject Areas to groups of users and ensure prompt notification to identified SMEs. When the Subject List is published in RevCom, PAs will have the option of assigning one or more Subject Areas. When a document is posted to RevCom and the review is opened, all Groups/users assigned to specific Subject Area(s) will receive immediate notification.
