Establish policies and responsibilities for Department of Energy (DOE) financial and accounting management officials in accordance with the Chief Financial Officer Act of 1990 (the Chief Financial Officers Act, Public Law (Pub. L.) 101-576) and other requirements. DOE is one of 24 statutorily designated Chief Financial Officers (CFO) Act agencies. Supersedes DOE O 520.1B, dated 1-7-2021.
