New: DOE N 251.123, Cancellation of DOE O 542.2A, Unsolicited Proposals
Effective immediately the following Department of Energy directive is canceled: DOE O 542.2A, Unsolicited Proposals, dated 12-28-2006. Cancellation of this directive does not relieve the Department or its contractors from complying with applicable Federal laws and regulations pertaining to the canceled directives.
