DOE O 420.1C Chg 3 (LtdChg), Facility Safety

Functional areas: Facility Safety, Requires Crosswalk When Revised, Safety, Security

The Order establishes facility and programmatic safety requirements for DOE and NNSA for nuclear safety design criteria, fire protection, criticality safety, natural phenomena hazards (NPH) mitigation, and System Engineer Program. This change cancels DOE O 5480.30, Nuclear Reactor Safety Design Criteria, and adds a new section on this topic to Attachment 3. Supersedes DOE O 420.1C Chg2 (MinChg). Cancels DOE O 5480.30.
