Recommendation - consider updating Order 410.1.
I recently looked at the current (August 28, 2007) version of DOE Order 410.1, specifically, Attachment 1 which is a list of directives requiring central technical authority concurrence prior to granting exemptions or exceptions. Of the 16 directives listed in Attachment 1, 4 have been cancelled.
Because of this, I recommend considering updating the information in DOE O 410.1.
