Reference: DOE O 360.1C, Federal Employee Training. I am the Technical Training Manager for Bonneville Power Administration Transmission Field Services. I see paragraph 3.c. exempts BPA. However, I've heard DOE's HCM department has canceled this exemption (informally?). Can you provide me an interim policy rescission of this paragraph or an updated version of this order?

Hello,

I am on a team that was tasked to update this order (DOE O 360.1C). Is there a process we need to go through to get this order updated? Do we need to contact someone in particular?

Thanks,
Brittney Romero
