Effective immediately the following Department of Energy directive is canceled: DOE O 350.5, COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors, dated 8-12-2021. Cancellation of this directive does not relieve the Department or its contractors from complying with applicable Federal laws and regulations pertaining to the canceled directives.
