Hi Jerry,
We have an issue with email sent unencrypted containing name and DOB together. Is this considered PII? JC3 said this is PII. According to this order, where defining PII, date and place of birth is PII. Please advise and clarify the intent of how this should be interpreted.

Name and DOB together with no other personal info: Is this PII?

Thank you!

Denise

Hi Jerry-I was hoping you could direct me to a DOE or NNSA policy/directive regarding federal employees and the use of social media

Good afternoon. Is DOE planning on updating DOE O 206.1 in the near future? Not that it needs to be update, BPA just hired a new privacy officer and she was inquiring.
