A numerical value assigned to each summary level to determine the employee’s cash performance award; the share value is determined by dividing the Awards Pool (a percentage of all employee base salaries within a pay pool) by the sum of the employees’ aggregate salaries (sum of all employees’ salaries within a pay pool).
