Secondary Alarm System


A continuously staffed location, physically separated from the Central Alarm Station, with the capability to provide alarm annunciation and response as a back-up to the Central Alarm Station, so that a single act cannot remove the capability of calling for assistance or otherwise responding to an alarm.
