Quarterly Project Reviews (QPR)

A quarterly management briefing (with supporting documentation) where the PM updates key stakeholders and executives on the status of the IT project. The QPR should cover key topics including, but not limited to:

• Accomplishments (to date and/or during previous quarter);

• Planned activities (until completion and/or planned for next quarter)

• Critical risks and issues

• Topics that require decision by the Acquisition Executive

• Measurement of project performance against baseline (metrics)
