Project Reviews

Project reviews are used to brief project stakeholders on the Status of the project. Topics such as accomplishments, planned activities, critical risks, issues, and baseline metrics are typically presented during reviews. Project reviews are also opportunities to obtain management support or their decision on project matters requiring their direction. The communications management section of the Project Management Plan should list and describe all project reviews.
