New - DOE O 425.1D Chg2 (MinChg), Verification of Readiness to Start Up or Restart Nuclear Facilities
The order establishes requirements for verifying readiness for startup of new Hazard Category 1, 2, and 3 nuclear facilities, activities, and operations, and for restart of existing Hazard Category 1, 2, and 3 nuclear facilities, activities, and operations that have been shut down. Supersedes DOE O 425.1D Chg 1. The Order was updated to clarify that it does not invoke Technical Standards.
