New - DOE O 350.1 Chg 7 (LtdChg), Contractor Human Resources Management
This directive establishes DOE responsibilities and requirements for the management and oversight of contractor Human Resource Management (HR) programs. This change is found in Chapter V, Benefits, which establishes responsibilities, requirements and cost allowability criteria for approving contractor requests for dependent care. The Order identifies certain childcare related costs ( e.g., labor, materials, and supplies) as unallowable; however, this limitation was not based on statute or regulation. The proposed changes remove this prohibition. Supersedes DOE O 350.1 Chg 6.
