New - DOE O 142.3B, Unclassified Foreign National Access Program
The Department of Energy (DOE) unclassified mission focuses on the critical challenges of our time, for both the country and the world. Much of this work is performed in collaboration with the international community. At the same time, the federal government has a responsibility to protect its assets and ensure that unauthorized access to sites, information, or technologies is denied. Supersedes DOE O 142.3A Chg 2 (LtdChg), dated 12-13-19.
