Given that the acquisition field is a field that is in short supply. The order should also discuss, the acquisition program's ability to do direct convert of personnel into the Contracting Field at lower levels and the training requirements that can be afforded to those individuals. I see there is incentives for retention of PMCMP personnel, in light of shortage of qualified CO's is there any effort for retention incentives.

Under 3 REQUIREMENTS a. Certification Requirements, before (3) insert "A resume documenting relevant experience must be provided with the certification request."
