The hyperlink at Appendix A, Section 1, Chapter II, 3 SECON Planning does not direct the reader to HSS Security quick reference book which identifies the 54 SECON Measures. Where can I find a current (2014) listing of the 54 mitigation measures for the DOE SECON system? Thank you.
