I am conducting a program review of the DOE Accident Investigation (AI) Program, including DOE O 225.1B, "Accident Investigations" which references DOE M 450.4-1, "Integrated Safety Management Manual". As part of my AI Program review I have to review and update the status of all of the related Directives, Standards, and Guidance. What is the current and FY-16 status as to review, revision and updating of DOE G 450.4-1C?

On page 2 of the guide, the link: http://www.hss.doe.gov/healthsafety/wshp/frams/html/ is no longer valid. I believe this has been somewhere under http://energy.gov/ehss
