The link to the Annual Fire Protection Summary Information found on Attachment 3 Page 3 does not work. With the new calendar year approaching, we will need this link to properly report contractor fire protection summaries by the APril 30 deadline. Thanks.

DOE O 231.1B CRD does not match changes recently made to 29 CFR 1904.39 regarding the requirement for reporting fatalities, in-patient hospitalization, amputations, etc. Will 231.1B be changed ASAP since the CFR change went into effect Jan. 1 2015? In the meantime, do we follow the CRD or the CFR?

Under 5. Responsibilities. Submit annual fire protection information to the Head of the DOE organization if responsible for maintaining property under the stewardship of DOE, including the Administrator, NNSA. Is this only for DOE property that is in possession of DOE or is it the contractor held property? Also it does not say where this information needs to be submitted to?

The Annual Site Environmental Report (ASER) reporting mentioned in DOE O 231.1B does not refer specifically to the Department of Energy's Pollution Prevention Tracking and Reporting System (PPTRS). Please refer to DOE O 231.1B, Attachment 2: REPORTING ANNUAL SITE ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION, for a description of the ASER reporting mentioned in the Order. Information that was previously reported in the PPTRS is now reported directly to the DOE Office of Management, Sustainability Performance Office.
