I am unable to determine what has changed in the Order with Change 3. There is no change summary sheet, and all of the pages in the Order are marked with the original May 16, 2011 date with no change bars on text annotating any changes. This makes it difficult to determine if there are any changes that need to be included in the contract. What has changed?

In comparing Change 2 and Change 3 I noticed what appears to be a couple typographical errors in Section 1.f and 1.g. Based on the text of Change 2, it looks like the first line of 1.g was moved to be the first line of 1.f.
Thanks,

Please add a section for Media Sanatization. A clarification is needed on the requirements.

When will this be updated/reviewed in order to reflect potential operational changes from 2014 to present (2017/2018)?
